Waste Sorting

A guide for beginners

The world generates at least 3.5 million tons of waste daily, and the majority of it is being disposed with no chance of recycling.

Even though, they could have become something useful, like shoes, furniture or even art, just if they would have been thrown away correctly.

Luckily, we can make this happen simply by collecting waste separately!

Self-isolation is a brilliant time to learn something new, including some basic steps to sort your rubbish.

In my video I will provide you with some tips I use myself.

I am also talking a bit about the group at my university (we are about 150 people), where we organize to separate waste, collect the waste and finally sort the waste, compressing it and sending the cubes of plastic and aluminum to recycling!

I hope that I will get you more motivated to look after your own recycling - because every small steps counts when it comes to saving the environment!
